Have you ever wondered what it would be like to have all of your homework done, leaving you with lots of free time to do the things you want to do. Reading this page and doing the things it says will make that happen.
Here are 7 great tips, which if followed will help you get your homework completed giving you more time to do the things you want to…
1. You will never stop getting Homework.
You have to face the facts, you will always be getting homework, all through your school years, college and University, it is part of life. Worse than that in many jobs you will have to take work home, so you will be doing this until you are 65. Get used to it!!
2. DO IT NOW! - Plan to do it immediately.
The number one way to get rid of your homework is to "Do It Now". Don't wait until after you have had your tea, nor wait until you have watched your favourite show on telly. DO IT NOW! This is number one piece of advice you can have to get rid of your work. If you do it straight away, it's done.
3. Starting is the hardest part.
Getting started is often the hardest bit. Once you get moving, making the smallest start, even opening your books is the toughest bit, but when you do this simple thing you are on your way to getting it done. It's like trying to push a car, it is really hard to get the car rolling, but when it starts rolling it's easy to keep it going, in fact it gets easier and easier.
4. Be Prepared.
Before ploughing into it, bet everything you need ready. Make sure you have working pens and all the books needed at hand. If you have access to a PC, open the best webpage that will help to complete the work.
5. Get the environment right.
Make sure there are no distractions around you. Have your room completely quiet, don't have music playing in the background or the TV on. All these things do is take your mind of the job at hand and make you take twice as long to finish. You will not gain anything from watching a repeat of the Chuckle Brothers, so don't watch it. If you have a quiet space with no distractions you will get the homework done in twice the time.
6. Do the most important Homework first.
Always start with the most important work first. You have probably got up to 5 pieces of work to complete, but to make the best use of your time, you must do the hardest work first. This is often the one most people leave till last, but the most important work must be done first. Doing the tough stuff first and completing it will make all the other homework seem easy.
7. Give yourself time.
Decide for the next 30 minutes you will do nothing else but your work. Tell your family and friends that the next 30 minutes will be your homework time. Have a break for a few minutes then use the next 30 minutes to do more work.

What do you really want?
The most important thing for your personal development and success is to know what you want. You need to know exactly what you are looking for. Most people go through life from day to day, not really knowing where they are going or have any desire to improve. In their career or happiness they just hope that someone or something is going to pop-up and give them something good, regardless of what it is or if it's right for them.
Most people don't actually wish for anything, they just take what they get, which sometimes is ok, but in most cases never really fulfils them, it never really gives them what it takes to satisfy them.
The most successful people in life know exactly what they want. They have an aim and a real desire of what they want, and in some cases know exactly how they will get it. I'm not just talking about money, but also happiness and relationships. Why are the most successful people you know happy, healthy, have great relationships and seem to have enough money for their needs. It's not out of luck or chance, it's because they have decided to be that way, and they knew that's what they wanted long before they got it.
This is what you need to do, decide exactly what it is you want, be it lots of money, a happy and loving relationship or any other success that you can imagine yourself having. And this is the key, you can have anything you want if you can imagine yourself having it.
If you don't know what you want how are you ever going to get it? I can guess what you might be thinking now, 'but I'm not sure what it is I want, I'd really like a new job or a new house, or to meet someone I like, but they are all distant dreams which I could never have.', and therein lies the issue. Most of us see our wants as just dreams that we can't have and look at the people who have them with envy. The thing is the world is abundant and has enough of what we want, and what everyone else wants, besides much much more.
Here's what you need to do, treat it as a bit of fun if you like, but what you need is a piece of paper and a pen. On your piece of paper start to write down everything you could imagine you would love to have or be, write everything down, however far fetched or out of this world it seems. Imagine you own a large yacht, or a big house, or have a job which pays over £100,000, or you are in a relationship with the most wonderful person. If these are the things you would like to have or be write them down. Treat it as your very own brain storming session.
Once you have a completed list, put your list into categories, of wealth, health and relationships. Once you have divided your list decide in each category what would be the thing you would like to achieve most. Write it at the top in big letters, so you can see it clearly.
Now pick the most important "Goal" out of the three listed from your categories. Stare at it and start to imagine that you have achieved the goal already and you are enjoying the completed goal as if it is already yours. Put yourself in the new house, walk around the rooms, in the kitchen or up the stairs. See yourself in the garden, enjoying the fantastic views or the fields beyond. Or you may see yourself behind the wheel of a new car, driving down the road, feeling the steering wheel as you drive along, with music on the radio and the air-conditioning keeping you cool. Or see yourself at a restaurant table enjoying a lovely meal with your wonderful partner, having the most fantastic conversation with him or her.
This is first step to knowing what you want and by doing just this you are well on your way to making it a reality. Next we'll take this one step further.

Getting Started
This is my very first Blog and with it I'd like to share with you my thoughts on how to get the most out of yourself and everyone around you.
I have been on a long journey of my own personal development and during this time I have come to understand what makes people happy and successful, what drives them and how people are motivated to succeed.
Much of the content I will place on this site is common sense and can be found elsewhere in books or on the internet, but I hope I put my own stamp on the information presented to you, making it fresh and real, so that you can relate to it and use some of the techniques on offer for yourself.
David.
